It is located by less than a ten minute walk and a two minute bike ride from the world famous Venice Beach Boardwalk.
it is located on the Canals in the Venice Beach Canals.
it is very quiet and a complete change from the action on the boardwalk.
This house with a separate back house boast the following:

Both houses have living rooms,kitchens,bathrooms,(front has two full baths the back has one.)

Back house has a roof deck.

Back house has a loft bedroom and the front house has a full floor bedroom that has one bed but can sleep more.

One big deck between both houses with a sitting area and jacuzzi.

Front house has a living room that has windows that open to a 3 side unobstructed view of the canal.

This house is perfect for couples that want to be close to the action but stay in a unique place that is more of a retreat.(wedding getaways, etc.)

parking for two CARS.( Parking in Venice is tight. SUV'S will have a time parking. if people have one then say there is parking for one auto only. Police ticket and tow with diligence here.
